That should get a couple of hits from the “you hurt my feelings” weenie crowd.
Now, I am not talking about Obama’s past. I am not referring to his once attending a madrassa as a child. I do not mean the professed beliefs of his father and grandfather. I certainly am not meaning anything about his current “faith”, however Jeremiah Wright may define it. His beliefs are his own, and they are his personal business.
I am talking about his reactions to criticism or “offenses”.
Consider:
When publicly criticised or condemned for repeating or acting out the clear commands of the Koran, Muslims go ballistic. When their prophet is caricatured in a cartoon, they riot. When exposed in film or books, they resort to calling for the murder of the author or producer, and in some cases (Theo van Gogh in Amsterdam), they succeed.
The Muslim world is apparently marked by overreaction to external reference.
Now consider Obama and company:
When President Bush makes a reference to something that follows a logical path from something Obama and others through history (and in multiple countries) have said, the candidate and his party scream “Foul!!!” When his wife’s publicly-uttered words are replayed and challenged, he pouts and yells “No fair!!!” When his actual comments and lines from speeches are used to try to illustrate whatever positions he has, he acts offended. Other examples abound.
So, the Obama world is apparently marked by overreaction to external reference.
Thus comes the conclusion: Because of his similarity of reaction to external stimuli, Obama must be Muslim. At least in attitude.
